In partnership with Confederation College, Oshki-Wenjack's special HyFlex delivery method allows you to stay in your home community while completing your program. You can take courses online and through independent study, or attend in-person classes at either Oshki-Wenjack’s Thunder Bay campus or Confederation College’s campus. The ACE Certificate is recognized as equivalent to an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12) for admissions at all Ontario Indigenous Institutes & community colleges, as well as for trades and apprenticeship training, and by many employers and unions.
You can apply for this course even if there are no intakes listed below, and we will contact you when dates become available.

Applying to a course with an Accreditation Partner has multiple steps:
This Oshki-Wenjack application form will start the process and will ask for detailed information such as:
You will receive a confirmation within four business days.
Create an OCAS account and fill out the application. Search for your program choice first and then select the Oshki campus.
There is a non-refundable fee of $150 (subject to change) payable by debit or credit card. If you do not have a debit or credit card, our recruitment team can help you arrange it.
After your completed application is submitted, you will need to check back into your OCAS account and watch for an official offer letter to the program of your choice, and then you must accept the offer in a timely manner. Offers do expire.
Please keep in mind that books are not included in tuition and need to be purchased separately.
Getting funding for this program?
Contact your First Nation community funding agency to confirm deadlines for funding applications and apply for funding. Your application may only be considered if your application is received on time.
Oshki-Wenjack is not responsible for submitting your funding applications, but staff can support you in completing them. You may also wish to apply to OSAP for loans and grants. In addition, Oshki-Wenjack’s Financial Aid Officer (financial-aid@oshki.ca) is available to assist you with OSAP applications and to help you research and apply for scholarships and bursaries.
Once it arrives, send your confirmed sponsorship letter to admissions@oshki.ca. You can register for your classes once the Sponsorship Letter is received.
