On behalf of the Staff and Governing Council of Oshki Wenjack, we express our heartfelt condolences following the discovery of the remains of 215 children at the former British Columbia Residential School. Our thoughts and prayers are with the surviving families and communities who are learning of this terrible news. We join in the nations-wide calls to lower flags at half-mast in honour of all Indigenous children who did not return home.
