National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls

Today, on the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls, we at Oshki-Pimache-O-Win stand in solidarity with the families, and communities affected by this ongoing tragedy. Today, we wear red and display red dresses to honor and remember the lives of the Indigenous women, girls, and two-spirit people who have been taken from us.

The REDress Project reminds us that these are not just statistics; they are daughters, sisters, and mothers whose absence is deeply felt. Together, we advocate for justice, healing, and change.
