Effective Today March 18, at 1:00 pm, staff from the Oshki-Wenjack campus in Thunder Bay (106 Centennial Square) will be working from home for the foreseeable future. This decision was made to ensure the safety of students, instructors and staff.
Oshki-Wenjack staff will be available by phone, email and other forms of communications during regular business hours.
If students should have any questions or concerns please contact your Program Coordinator, Instructors or Student Support staff by telephone or email. Please check your @Oshki.ca email often for updates regarding your program.
From now on, classes will continue as originally scheduled, however, all lectures will only be available though online delivery using Contact North’s E-Classes Adobe Connect system. Campus is closed to the public.
If your field placement has been affected by closures or travel bans from your community, you will be able to schedule your placement hours when centres reopen. Please watch your Oshki email for updates and contact your Program Coordinator or Field Placement Instructor regarding any concerns. Updates will be posted on our website (www.oshki-wenjack.ca) as well as our Facebook page. Oshki-Wenjack would like to thank our students and other stakeholders for their patience during this difficult situation.
