POSITION:Wrist flat, palm down, in ulnar flexion.
(Carefully turn fingers towards ulna as much as comfortable.)
CENTRE:At Scaphoid
(2 cm distal and medial to radial styloid)
INSTRUCTIONS:HOLD STILL
