All programming delivered at OSHKI is in direct response to community requests for education and training.

Program design begins with community consultations to determine the types of programs and the program delivery modes.

Once Programs have been selected partnerships are negotiated, Partnership Agreements are developed, and Program Service Agreements completed.

All programming must meet with the approval of our Governing Council.

Cultural transference is embedded in all programming.
